Are there any sandbags?

No, sandbags are not required to weigh the balloon down. To go higher the temperature inside the balloon is increased and to go down we just let it cool or let some of the hot air out. » more

Are there any risks to pregnant women?

Generally most tour operators will not allow pregnant persons in a hot air balloon. » more

Are there any health restrictions that apply?

If you have any medical conditions you should make a point of checking witht he operator to see if any health restrictions apply, especially if you have any any leg (including knee), hip or back issues. » more

Are children allowed to fly?

You should always check with the operator to see if children are allowed to fly. Often children 5 years and up can paticipate, however sometimes the minimum age could be 12 years of age. » more
