Tour itinerary
You will meet your pilot in the lobby of the Sofitel on Collins St an hour and half before sunrise. At the Sofitel you are welcome to complimentary tea and coffee before being transported by bus to the launch site.
Once you arrive at the launch site, the balloon will be inflated. This is a great opportunity for you to take some photos.
One inflated you will gently and silently rise up into the air. There is plenty to see from the city skyline, the famous Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG), Port Phillip Bay, the Botanical Gardens, Melbourne's greater suburbs and the Yarra River.
After gently landing back on the ground in one of Melbourne's famous parks, the balloon will be packed away and it's time to relax as you are taken back to the Sofitel for a champagne breakfast.
