The Hunter Valley located roughly 2 hours North of Sydney.

Run by Australia's oldest and most experienced hot air balloon company - in business since 1980.
Timing & transportation
You will meet up with the operator 30-45 minutes prior to dawn Peterson's Champagne House. Please allow up to 3-4 hours starting an hour and half before sunrise.
You will then be taken to the days launch site for tea, coffee and morning tea whilst you are briefed on the flight.
On completion of the flight, you will be taken back to Peterson’s Champagne House for a champagne breakfast.
Sunrise flights operate daily, 365 days a year.
