A ride in a hot air balloon is often considered one of the most romantic forms of transportation -from the views in the basket to the champagne breakfast afterwards.

You'll be in good hands on this tour operator - a family owned business that has been operating since 1986 and is accredited by the Civil Aviation Safety Authority.
Itinerary
You will meet the crew at the beautiful Peter Lehmann Wines winery in Tanunda approximately 1.5 hours prior to sunrise.
One the crew has assessed the wind conditions and has selected an appropriate launch site (there is about 17) you will be taken to the site where the giant colourful balloon will be inflated.
The inflation usually takes around 1 hour to complete, from there you're in for a treat as the balloon gently lifts up off the ground and drifts with the breeze and cross the vineyards famous in the region.
To flight takes around 1 hour giving you an abundant amount of time to take photos or relax and admire the spectacular view.
Once the balloon has landed and the balloon has been packed away, you will be transported to sample some of the local bubbly and fine Barossa Valley produce.

After breakfast you will be presented with your very own flight certificate.

It was awesome, felt like a real adventurer!. Got to be one one of the best things I've done. Blowing up the ballon was really interesting for me and then climbing onboard. Gotta admit I was pretty nervous, but soon forgot about that when we took off.
Had so much fun up there time just evaporated and soon enough we began our decent...a few hops later we were safely back on the ground.
Would I do it again?? For sure! We even had champagne at the end!
A great way to spend my 40th birthday with my husband.
